ABOUT
Noah Homsley is a native Oregonian born in Gresham. Noah moved to Dunedin, Florida (a suburb of Tampa) in 1982 and back to Portland in 1994 after realizing couch surfing and keg stands were not a recipe for success. Noah’s youth was sunshine filled with memories of camping, playing baseball, bike riding and being introduced to the “beat” writers in junior high school which planted a creative seed moving in his life. Visiting the Salvador Dali museum in high school left an impression that still stands today as a moment in which he fell in love with art. After exploring Dali and the surrealist movement Noah discovered his love for artists such as Andy Warhol and Jackson Pollock. Noah has spent over 20 years in the radio industry as a rock disc jockey and sports radio host (Affectionately known as Porkchop or Chop) on radio stations in the Portland, Oregon area. He currently is the morning show host on “Cookin’ Country 105.5 KUKN” and afternoon drive host on 101.5 The Blitz in Longview, WA. On a frosty Christmas Day in 2017, Noah was given art supplies as a gift from the heavens. He no longer had an excuse of not trying to creatively express emotion through color and flow. Almost four years later Noah is hanging his art publicly. Noah really digs the color blue, traveling, concerts, music and long walks on the beach creating “Taster’s Choice” moments.
